  除了看不清，病还会带来眼痛、畏光和流泪，日常像看书、上课、运动或拍照这些小事都会被影响，心理上也可能出现焦虑或抑郁。研究显示约30%的患者有心理健康问题。加入病友群、做心理咨询、和朋友家人多聊，都能缓解这些影响。我曾因为怕别人看出不舒服而不愿去聚会，后来和心理老师聊了几次，慢慢才敢把感受说出来，发现并没有那么可怕。
