Hi, I’m a high school junior. I was diagnosed with uveitis in both eyes since I was 5. Among patients and some discussions, uveitis in both eyes is often called “‘undying cancer’”, and many people feel it is like a chronic disease that lasts a long time; indeed, there is currently no single drug that can guarantee a symptomatic cure, and in many cases long-term management and regular follow-up are needed. Because I have spent these years going to hospitals, doing tests, asking doctors and studying materials with my parents, I want to tell my experiences and feelings and share them with everyone.
