Prognosis depends on the cause, inflammation severity, and whether treatment is timely. Mild anterior uveitis usually has a good prognosis and vision can recover; if it is posterior uveitis or with severe complications, the prognosis is worse and there may be permanent damage. Overall data show timely intervention can allow about 70% of patients to maintain good vision. Patient compliance and lifestyle management are also important, and regular follow-up can greatly improve the chance of prognosis improvement. My experience is: on-time follow-up, taking medicine seriously and paying attention to daily details can bring more peace of mind and fewer relapses. I am also lucky that I can live and study like a normal person.
